Tonight's the night I perform my spoken-word piece La Belle Mort at the Long Nights Moon: Goth-Erotic Celebration of the Arts Nite I at the wonderful 1901 Gallery in Chicago (1901 Belmont). I'll be on at 10:45 (ish). This is a free event with music, DJs, artists, crafts, and a general Gothic celebration. No cover and all are welcome!

Combining my preparation for this and my copy writing job I'm a week behind on my literotica writings and a week behind on my erotic romance novel (still untitled). This weekend I am performing tonight and hosting an event on the south side so it'll be next week before more writing gets into my mind. I am working on the next chapter of Fey World and that should be up next week.

Oh, the life of a writer is an adventure. The key is to always have a day job, but no one ever said it had to be a sane 9-5 one! Remember the best writing comes from your imagination and events in your life. I'm a horribly introverted introvert and these events are pushing me out of my comfort zone. I highly suggest trying new things and branching out. My next post will recap events and I'll share with you my theory on crafting reality into fiction.
